Online check‑in that happens before the keys

Guests confirm their details, upload their ID, accept your house terms and pay the eco contribution from their own phone before they travel. You stop chasing passports at the door.

The Arrivo check-in page on a phone in the Limestone theme, asking for nationality, passport, arrival time and ID photo.

What your guest does

It takes a couple of minutes on a phone. No app and no account: the link in their email is the key to their own page.

  1. Check-in form with nationality, passport number, arrival time, an uploaded ID photo and the house terms accepted.

    1Their details

Nationality, ID document and number, expected arrival time, a photo of the ID if you ask for one, and your house terms.

  2. Payment step showing 2 adults for 3 nights at €1.50, a total of €9.00 and a Pay button.

    2The eco contribution

Calculated from the adults and nights on the booking and paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Children are not charged.

  3. Arrival guide showing the front door code 4819, the Wi-Fi network, check-in and check-out times and a local tip.

    3The arrival guide

The door code, Wi-Fi, check-in and check-out times, directions and your local tips, on one page they can come back to.

What you decide

Sensible defaults out of the box. Change them once in settings and every booking follows.

When the email goes out
Two days before arrival by default. Change it for your whole account, or send a link by hand at any time.
When check-in opens
From 48 hours before the arrival day. If a guest asks to check in earlier, switch on early check-in for that booking.
Whether you need an ID photo
On by default. Photos are stored privately and only signed-in members of your team can open them.
Your house terms
Paste them once. Guests tick to accept, and the time they accepted is saved on the booking.
A processing fee
Optionally add a percentage and a fixed amount to cover card fees. Guests see it as its own line.
Waiving the contribution
If a guest has already paid it, waive it on that booking and they go straight to the guide.
