Cancel within 14 days of your first payment and we end the plan straight away and refund that payment in full. After that, cancelling stops the plan renewing at the end of the year you have paid for. Your dashboard tells you which one applies before you confirm.

Yes, for as long as you use it. One property and one TV screen, with online check-in, eco contribution collection and returns, all three themes and every integration. No card needed. The only thing it leaves out is white label: guests see Arrivo’s name.
Each property you add to Arrivo: an apartment, a villa or a room you let on its own. Bookings, guests and TV screens are unlimited on the per-property plan.
Every property is billed at the price of the tier you reach. Four properties cost 4 × €3.99; five cost 5 × €3.49, so all five get the lower price.
It keeps the price per property low. You pay for the year up front: €47.88 per property at the first tier, which is €3.99 a month.
Yes, from Plan and billing in your dashboard. New properties are charged straight away for the rest of your billing year. If you remove some, the unused part becomes credit on your account and comes off your next payments.

No. Guests pay into your own Stripe or Revolut Business account. Your provider charges its usual card fees; Arrivo charges nothing per payment.
Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. VAT is added where it applies.
